Customer ServiceIn the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the report we will work with you to rectify the issue to everyone's satisfaction. Where errors occur in the transcription of certificates, census details etc we will correct all reports and materials at our own cost. As the service we offer is so specific to each of our customers we will endeavour to treat every customer as a partner in the research journey, any issues raised by our customers will be dealt with in a timely manner. The FamilyHistoryBug.com ServiceWhen a customer submits an order online or by post this indicates that the customer has reviewed and agrees to the general content and the features of the FamilyHistoryBug.com Service. As such we provide a personalised family history research service, so it is not possible to predict what the final results may be as every family and every case is by definition unique. However, in a a typical case, FamilyHistoryBug.com would deliver an objective report to the customer detailing researches carried out, transcribing key documents, provide copies of the same, and typically, inthe case of a Regular Package, where records and other factors allow, be able to trace lineage back to the late 1700s. Results of our researches are typically available to our customers in about one calander month. FamilyHistoryBug.com ReportsFamiliyHistoryBug.com reports are available ina number of formats, all included within the price of the Package selected. Paper Report: Printed version of report with paper copies of all key documents posted to your nominated address via regular postal services. Electronic Report: Electronic Version of the printed report with electronic copies of all key documents posted on our website for you to download at your leisure. An email will be sent to your nominated e-mail address advising you of when these documents are available to download. All such documants will be on a password secured page to ensure customer privacy. Customer ConfidentialityAll customer information is collected within the terms of and subject to the 1998 'Data Protection Act', as such no information about a customer will be passed on to, sold or otherwise distributed to any 3rd Party Organisation or Company. If you do not wish to recieve marketing Material from FamilyHistoryBug.com then please contact NoMarketing@FamilyHistoryBug.com Order CancellationCustomers may cancel their order within 7 days of placing it, all funds will be repaid in full within 30 days. If an order is cancelled after 7 days there is a high chance that Family HistoryBug.com will have started work on the requested research, in such cases we will contact the customer and advise the value of work already completed and refund the outstanding amount within 30 days.
